Eu market
What do you need as a business owner to be present in a market?
Two things.
A product and service is what you going to sell and a way to sell it (how).
Once you sold a product you become a business owner. Hurray!
You know what is your product or service, so I will talk about the way you sell it.
You need a website where you show your products. And a marketing channel.
When you bought a website you paid anything between 2 dollars (which is just DIY) to 20k which is a well-functioning everything integrated professionally branded website.
But you will have to give some text the designer to put on your site. So you needed Copywriting.
If it is AI-based you can be as cheap as 150 dollars. But if you want a real human to write you real plagilarisiom free text you looking at 2500 dollars at least. And you still have to optimize it for SEO. which cost you another 6k with a professional. Of course, you can set up the basics for 500 dollars already, but most cases doesn't guarantee your ranking.
So you have the where it cost you 1k (cheap is usually more expensive in the long run) or a perfect 28-30k.
It is not enough to have a great site, you have to create traffic on it. That is what the "market-in" for.
The most common marketing channels are Social media, pay-per-click, e-mail and video. All of this required setting up a campaign. Per product or per launch.
Setting up a campaign is cost anything from 500 dollars to 15.000 dollars. It deepends if you just need the funnel, or the design, or the copy, or the images. Maybe everything?
Becuse they common lot of people using them so customers pay less and less attention, and more and more add-blockers are around.
To prevent your hard-paid marketing to get blocked I recommend using sms-marketing.
98% open rate within 2 minutes
Sms Marketing usually has a setup fee and is invoiced by sms sent usually 3-5 dollar cent/message. You can send 1 text or you can set up a funnel with pre written messages.
Of course, you can learn and do all of this yourself online for free and save 45k there are so mane great courses around in Youtube and all the Open Universities. But if you are a good student it will take you at least a year but more likely two. And don't forget technology changes so rapidly what you learned in the begining you will have to replace with new updated knowledge.
So does it worth your time?
I tried to be an expert in all this field for about a decade but it is very demanding to learn every change, I gave up and got specilized. And now I only consult business owners on strategies, and when we have a strategy I give every part to the right expert. I have more time, and my clients get better expertise.
WAIT, we are not finished yet. We want to grow in the EUROPEAN MARKET.
For the sake of easiness, in this example, I just use the languages of the EU.
Europe is home to 24 official languages, while as many as 200 languages are spoken across the continent.
Most businesses with products only ship to the EU. (Ship to one warehouse and distribute, as between borders you only have to pay tax once).
If you are a service provider you have more choices on the language front, just use the one which is widely spoken in your audiance between who uses their second language to reach you now.
Yes, we want to reach the Europeans who are non english speakers. (About 450 million people live in Europe, 1% is a native English speaker. Do the maths.)
24*45k (which was your nicely running website with e-mail, social media, and all marketing) is 1,080 K I hope you sitting when you read this.
What can we do?
We can target the top. The most commonly spoken languages are German 20% 90 million, Italian 15% 67,5 million, French 14% 63 million, Spanish-Polish 9% 40,5-40,5 million. Together 301 million That's a good number of new customers!
5*45k (your nicely running website with marketing) 225k set up cost is still pretty high for most business owners, and you have to employ a VA or Project manager to communicate with the local designer, copywriter etc.
Lucky you, you know me.
My mission in life is to have every European people the same access to all the great courses and products as English speakers have in their own language.
So I creating a marketing platform, where you put in your information in English and it will appear in your prospect native language. This is currently only open for businesses who have a product (digital or physical) or a course without coaching.
Why not coaching? Dedicated language learners say it takes at least 3 months to learn a language. In my opinion if you live in a country for 3 months you can go about with your daily life in that new language native to the country you live in, but you won't be able to explain deep concepts, motivate people, and understand where they struggle from half sentences. Which is the job of a coach.
So the solution is transcreation. All marketing material and product text can be transcreated by native transcreators.
Why not just translate you might ask? My favorite example for that is if you go to a shop in the UK and ask for pants you going to get underwear. And if you are from a Uk and ask for a Mac they going to send you to the computer store even if it is raining.:)
So what would you gain if you can magically speak 24 languages and
when new reviews automatically added to your site which you can respond and share on social sites
streamline communication Into 1 inbox: Facebook Messenger, Email, SMS, Webchat, Google Messaging, Etc
Reply To Leads & Customers With Inbox
Mobile App For Easier Communication On The Go
Increase website conversions with an on-site chat widget
Grow your multilingual audience & know where new leads are coming from expand that way
Easily Import/Export UNLIMITED Leads/Contacts
When you're away, we'll follow up via text so you never lose another customer
What would you gain from 301 million new customers?
Would you be able to sell for 17 euros per customer per day?
If yes, your money came back. Anything more than that is yours.
How do we reduce the cost so much? With templates. Our transcreators have created a bunch of templates that is used in the most common business situations.
Booking, product launch, new customer onboarding, Black Friday campaigns, and this e-mail is already very long so etc..
