When I first started, I was living in Milton Keynes and attending university to become an engineer. While studying, I managed a bookshop part-time. Before that I took up a side hustle in translation to afford living in London. I secured an unpaid internship with a promise of a job offer after graduation. When a key employee fell ill, I stepped in as the best intern available and began working and traveling full-time, leaving behind my job at the bookshop. My translation side hustle continued to grow into a multilingual VA freelancing business with regular clients.


Then, life took a significant turn. I got married and had a baby, but I was informed that my maternity leave would only be six weeks. Faced with this reality, I made the difficult decision to quit my dream engineering job and focus on my growing VA business.


With a new baby and my VA business expanding into design services, I found myself overwhelmed. The strain took a toll on my marriage, leading to a divorce. Seeking a fresh start, I moved to Norway. Initially, I chose an apartment without internet access, forcing me to work from the library where I had to remain silent. This setup was unsustainable, so I moved to another flat with internet, but during the move, my laptop broke. I could only afford a tablet, which made it challenging to work efficiently. After a few months of struggling, I finally saved enough to buy an all-in-one PC.


Despite these setbacks, I persisted. I got certified as a VA and life began to improve. I met a special person, we traveled together, and I had two more children. I started teaching other parents how to work from home and got certified as a coach. Many of these parents grew their businesses into six-figure enterprises and hired their own VAs. With numerous e-commerce businesses and agencies to manage, I needed a better way to stay organized. I discovered ClickUp and became certified in its use. Then, COVID-19 hit, and I became a widow. With businesses shutting down, I used the time to get even more organized, managing my responsibilities with a baby and a toddler at home.


ClickUp, combined with mentorship, helped me develop a system called Turbocharge and Triumph. This program helps you conquer Continental Europe using Consulting, Coaching, and Commerce with Communication and Community Club. - **Step 0:** Establish a routine with your family and find time to transition from a 9-5 job to becoming a CEO.

- **Step 4:** Work on your mindset and beliefs. Why are you working long hours? By this stage, you should be working fewer hours while managing a seven-figure business.


You only need 15 minutes a day to start, and by Step 4, you’ll be working just four hours a day with a seven-figure business.
